Working with the Greenwood PTA and their generous art teacher, Ms. Moll, this mural launched my mission to bring student-lead murals to schools across the country. It began with a lesson in art class: introducing the students to what it means to be a professional artist. We warmed up our imaginations and were “hired” by our client, Greenwood Elementary, to draw what we love about our school. The resulting mural is my largest to date and is filled with school spirit and adorable representations of woodchucks.
